    Sports   

We fully endorse the maxim, ‘a sound mind in a sound body’ and work towards achieving the balance between activation of the mind and the body with zeal. Physical Education for all classes and swimming from classes V to XII are part of the curriculum. Exemption from attending P.Ed. & swimming classes may be granted on medical grounds on request from parents of the concerned wards.

Senior and middle school girls are taught to play outdoor games like basketball, volleyball, and throw ball besides indoor games like badminton, tennis and table tennis. The boys are encouraged to play soccer, badminton, tennis, table tennis, cricket, volleyball and basketball. Regular Inter House and Inter School Athletic Meets (for the girls and the boys) are highlights of the school calendar.

The school organizes the Inter School Athletic Meet for the Gulf zone every year. Participants come together with the determination to do their best and compete with the spirit of healthy rivalry and sportsmanship. Athletes of this school who excel at this meet participate in the National Athletic Meet organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi at different locations in India.

Badminton and Table Tennis Club
The school auditorium is made available to students and members of the Indian Community after the school hours in the evening. The students are encouraged to improve their skills in the games and enjoy socializing with other members of the community.

Swimming Club
The swimming pool measuring 25mx12.5m with controlled temperature is an excellent facility for the Indian Community in Abu Dhabi.
It is a very popular hobby among the students and its members. Students who are trained during the school hours are given special training and practice to strengthen their skills and improve their stamina for swimming . Students of different age groups and members are seen enjoying and relaxing in the pool after a day's hard work.
